Whether you’re navigating a complex student situation, looking for tools that actually work, or just wanting to hear how others are approaching things—you’re in the right place.
This is meant to be a practical, supportive, and real-world community. Please keep posts general (no identifying student information) and jump in—questions and shared experiences are always welcome.

Do not share identifying information about students, families, schools, or colleagues. Keep all situations general and de-identified.
Be Respectful and Supportive
This is a professional space. Approach conversations with respect, curiosity, and professionalism—even when perspectives differ.
Share Within Your Scope
Offer input based on your experience, and avoid presenting your perspective as the “only” or “correct” answer. This is a space for collaboration, not directive advice.
Consultation, Not Direction
Discussions in this space are for peer consultation and idea-sharing only. Each member is responsible for their own decisions and should follow their district/agency policies.
No Promotion or Solicitation
Please keep this space focused on connection and support. Do not use it for advertising services, recruiting clients, or unrelated promotion.
Keep It Relevant
Posts should relate to school social work, student support, or professional practice in school settings.
