USSWA is seeking engaged, collaborative leaders who are passionate about strengthening school social work and student mental health across Utah.

Serving on the board is an opportunity to:

Help shape the direction of the association

Support advocacy and policy efforts

Strengthen professional learning opportunities

Grow and engage our statewide membership community

Collaborate with school social workers across Utah
We are especially looking for individuals who are ready to actively contribute, bring new ideas, and support the continued growth of USSWA.
Board members are expected to:

Attend monthly board meetings
-
Participate in at least one committee or leadership area

Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives throughout the year
